Many churches that are established in mission settings fail to
take root and become indiginous.

While there are different reasons for this phenomonon, the
main obstacles in the Panamanian churches has been a lack
of independance and inproper organization and leadership.

The apostle Paul tells us to be careful how we build. We are
also told that God organized His church with elders, deacons,
teachers, ministers etc. so that she would be fully equipped.

When we ignore or fail to implement that blueprint, the church
cannot function as designed.

One of our goals is to assist struggling congregations in
setting in order that which is lacking, and in the Panamanian
churches that seems to be leadership.

We achieve this goal by helping churches equip men to lead.

training seminars.
